Nota: El criterio de clasificación para la condición étnico
lingüística (Indígena y No Indígena) toma en cuenta tanto la pertenencia como
la lengua, de manera conjunta o disyuntiva, pero entendiendo la lengua sólo
en su sentido pleno: la habla y además aprendió a hablar en ella desde la
niñez. Por tanto incluye a los que declararon
pertenecer a algún pueblo originario y a quienes sin reconocer su
pertenencia a un pueblo Indígena cumplen plenamente la condición lingüística
(Pag 191; "Gama étnica y lingüística de la población boliviana";
Sistema de las Naciones Unidas en Bolivia - Ramiro Molina B. y Xavier Albó
C.; Enero 2006).
En la encuesta de hogares 2011 se modificó la pregunta de auto pertenencia
que se incluía en las encuestas de hogares. En este caso, se indaga
específicamente sobre la pertenencia (adscripción) a alguna nación o pueblo
indígena originario campesino, a diferencia de "se considera
perteneciente a alguno de los pueblos indígena originarios listados en la
encuesta". Por lo tanto, la clasificación de indígena y no indígena NO
PUEDE SER COMPARADA CON LA SERIE ANTERIOR.
En la Encuesta Continua de Empleo (ECE), de las tres preguntas que
contempla CEL, sólo se contempla la pregunta de Pertenencia a una Nación o
Pueblo Indígena, Originario Campesino. |
